We collect vehicles from any address in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and transport them to Belfast / Liverpool transhipment — the nearest major export port at approximately 5 miles. Collection is by enclosed transporter or open trailer depending on vehicle value, with handover to our port warehouse for RoRo or container loading.

Once you book online with a 20% deposit, a coordinator is assigned within 4 working hours. We schedule collection from any Belfast address — home, dealer compound, auction yard or workshop — usually within 5–10 working days of booking.

To keep your shipment on the next available sailing, have these ready at the point of collection: V5C original (logbook), photo ID, proof of address, vehicle service history if shipping to a market that values it (Australia, USA, UAE), and any keys for accessories (locking wheel nuts, roof boxes, alarm fobs).

We notify the DVLA of permanent export on your behalf using the V5C — you don't need to handle this separately. For trade exports we generate the customs declaration (CDS) via our broker and an HMRC NES export entry is filed within 24 hours of receipt.
