Truck & HGV Shipping from the UK — DAF, Scania, Volvo, MAN Worldwide Export

Standard tractor units (DAF XF, Scania R-series, Volvo FH, Mercedes Actros) and rigid trucks under 4m high ship on dedicated heavy-cargo RoRo decks. The truck is driven on by a port stevedore and lashed by the deck crew — same principle as car RoRo but on a heavy deck.

Trucks with cranes, tipper bodies, mixer drums or any body exceeding RoRo deck height ship on 40ft Flat Rack containers (no walls or roof). The truck is craned on, lashed to the deck, and shipped as standard container cargo with a height/width oversize declaration.

Multi-axle tippers, low-loaders, articulated rigs over 18m long, mining and quarry trucks ship breakbulk — direct lift onto vessel deck without container or trailer. We coordinate the heavy lift and securing as a project-cargo shipment.

Heavy truck export needs V5C or HGV first registration document, plating certificate, photo ID and commercial invoice for traders. Many destinations apply Euro emissions class restrictions — Kenya and Tanzania require Euro 4+ for trucks under 8 years, UAE requires Euro 5+ for new imports.
